Before diving into any big purchase, we tend to ask ourselves the “what-ifs”. It’s human nature to make sure we’re looking at all the possible outcomes, but sometimes what-if questions can start to hinder our progress. This is especially true when it comes to real estate. What-if questions can lead to indecision and uncertainty, and without the help of a REALTOR®, you could end up talking yourself out of a potentially good decision.

What if I don't know what kind of home I want?

What if I submit an offer on my dream home and it gets rejected?

At some price ranges it is a seller's market and at other ranges it is a buyer's market. We'll structure an offer that aligns with your goals. If it gets rejected, we can submit a new and more appealing offer, or sometimes, it's a sign that there will be something better down the road.


What if I don't see anything I like when I start looking?

The availability will always be changing, and it's not uncommon not to find appealing options initially. Your feedback is essential, and I'll tailor the search to better align with your preferences. Trust the process, and the right home will come into view.
